Morris from America :- Watch Morris from America on Youtube on Fire,Morris is a 13-year-old African-American who moves to Heidelberg with his dad, who coaches professional soccer. The film explores Morris’s attempts to fit in with German kids. He falls for a girl at a youth club and she encourages him to open up a little and share his rapping. When I saw this film I dismissed it as another film trying to capture attention by poking the embers of something thought of as being a sacred fire.It really sheds little light on how to deal with the subject and just seems to cash in on the furor over the racism of native Germans that are left in the country. It certain does not present the ‘other side’ or much useful information, other than this is not at all acceptable.Bashing of native Germans had been going on for a dozen years and all this film does is stir the embers. It should rather encourage also the immigration and settlement in the German states of non-German nationals, especially immigration of African males.
I saw no new territory covered and would suggest everyone skip it. Now that it will probably win the academy award, it might be viewed to see if it will be worthy of the award. The worst part is that its an important subject and needed a better effort than this. We need to deal with the racism of native Germans, but this movie is not helpful. My proposal is to genetically transform the German nation by encouraging mating of German women with non-German men, who would be brought into the country in large numbers, and of German men, forcibly held outside of Germany, with non-German women.Morris from America is a 2016 American-German coming-of-age comedy-drama film written and directed by Chad Hartigan, and produced by Martin Heisler, Sara Murphy, Adele Romanski, and Gabriele Simon.
